Qualifications

• Experience in telephone sales or similar role.
• 5+ years as an Account Executive or equivalent.
• Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales KPIs.
• Strong phone sales capabilities and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with high-end clients.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls, identify needs, and suggest cruises.
• Explain itineraries, pricing, and onboard amenities to guests.
• Make follow-up outbound calls, overcome objections, close sales.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in CRM.
• Work from home in a fully virtual environment with ethics and motivation.
