Job summary

notifyMD is seeking part-time remote Call Center Representatives to handle inbound calls with a friendly, empathetic approach. This 100% work-from-home role offers part-time hours (14.5–19.5 per week) and a $20/hour pay rate, with training provided to ensure long-term success on our platforms.

You will represent our clients and field high-volume calls, gathering accurate information and routing inquiries through our system in a 24/7/365 operation.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a strongly preferred asset.
• Basic computer literacy in a Windows-based environment.
• Strong typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Call Handling: field a high-volume of incoming calls with a warm, empathetic tone.
• Customer Interaction: deliver excellent service and maintain professional demeanor on every call.
• Accurate Information Gathering: collect complete message details and relay to clients.
• Call Handling and Navigation: use call-processing software to manage calls and prioritize needs.
• Performance Excellence: adhere to quality standards, response times, and schedules.
