Job summary

PATLive, Inc. is seeking friendly, customer-focused individuals for a fully remote, full-time role handling inbound calls for the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations. The schedule is Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, and pay is $16/hr (English) or $17/hr for bilingual (Spanish).

A quiet home office, reliable internet, and your own wired headset are required. A standard background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication with friendly, patient phone presence.
• Comfortable using computers and software applications with multi-screen workflows.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and alignment with a Monday–Friday schedule.
• Quiet, private home office setup for distraction-free work.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls for the Florida Division of Corporations with professionalism and efficiency.
• Navigate computer systems to access information and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain high customer service standards while handling high-volume call traffic.
• Deliver accurate information clearly and courteously to callers.
