Qualificações

• Proven sales experience and a strong customer-service mindset.
• Active real estate license required in participating states.
• Ability to navigate CRM and communication tools confidently.

Responsabilidades

• Follow production and effort-based guidelines while delivering Hilton Grand Vacations values and superior customer service.
• Demonstrate self-motivation with a team mentality, working independently and with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain professional appearance and participate in scheduled sales trainings and meetings (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
• Utilize Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, and Microsoft Outlook effectively.
• Be flexible to work weekends and holidays and apply sales experience to close deals.
