Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in time-share or real estate preferred.
• Active state real estate license required if state mandates.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Follow production and effort-based guidelines while upholding Hilton Grand Vacations values.
• Collaborate across teams to close deals and drive sales results.
• Attend sales meetings and trainings via platforms like Microsoft Teams.
• Navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, and Outlook.
• Maintain professional appearance and adapt to weekends/holidays as needed.
• Possess sales experience and, if required, an active real estate license.
• Reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship.
