Qualifications

• Must have sales experience.
• Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence).
• Must reside in a state where Hilton Grand Vacations has an active broker relationship.

Responsibilities

• Follow production and effort-based guidelines while upholding Hilton Grand Vacations values and delivering superior customer service.
• Demonstrate self-motivation with a 'One Team' mentality, capable of working independently and collaboratively with key partners across the organization.
• Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in all scheduled sales meetings and trainings via platforms such as Microsoft Teams Meetings.
• Possess basic technical abilities to navigate Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Possess sales experience.
• Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence).
• Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN)
