The ideal candidate has 4+ years of real estate experience, active bar admission, and strong analytical/written communications. Renewable energy experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of real estate experience at top-tier law firm or in-house.
• Independent experience with purchase & sale transactions, title and survey review, and closings.

Responsibilities

• Lead real estate transactions from start to finish, including options, easements, and closings.
• Advise project development, external affairs, and project finance teams across transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support renewable energy projects.
