Job description

In-House Real Estate & Project Development Attorney

Latitude is working with a company in the renewable energy space that is adding an Associate Legal Counsel to its Real Estate and Project Development team in Nashville. Successful candidates will have the ability to run deals independently, with minimal supervision or direction.

the ideal (and strongly preferred) candidate will be able to work at the company's office location in Nashville, TN. Remote candidates must have 6+ years of commercial real estate experience, including substantial work with renewable energy clients.
