Our client, a prominent national law firm, is seeking a mid-level Real Estate associate in Nashville, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of sophisticated real estate experience, including acquisitions, leasing, divestitures, purchase and sale agreements, real estate finance, reciprocal easement agreements, and related development and governance documents. The practice primarily represents real estate end users, with limited lender-side work; any financing matters are generally focused on borrower-side representation.

This is a hybrid role, onsite 3 days a week. Salary range is $250k - $315k, depending on experience.
