Silicon Ranch is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel, Real Estate & Project Development in Nashville, TN to support real estate, project development, and external affairs across the company. Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited US law school and active bar admission in good standing in at least one state.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a real estate attorney at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department.
• Substantial experience with real estate purchase and sale transactions, title and survey review.

Responsibilities

• Manage site control transactions including purchase options and easement agreements; handle closing documents and diligence.
• Draft, negotiate, and administer real estate agreements for project financing; handle title and survey deliverables.
• Advise on land use permitting and zoning ordinance strategy; supervise outside counsels when engaged.
