Job summary

Silicon Ranch seeks an experienced commercial real estate attorney to support its Real Estate & Project Development team in Nashville, TN. The role focuses on purchase options, title and survey diligence, and complex real estate agreements for project financing and land use permitting.

The ideal candidate has 4–7+ years of experience, a JD from an ABA‑accredited school, and active bar admission. Renewable energy exposure is preferred, and the role emphasizes hands-on, in-house style

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a real estate attorney
• Experience with real estate purchase and sale transactions, title and survey review
• Renewable energy experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage site control transactions, easement agreements, and closing documents
• Draft, negotiate, and administer real estate agreements for project financing
• Advise on land use permitting and zoning strategy
• Supervise outside counsel when engaged and provide in‑house support
• Provide pragmatic legal advice to cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
