Qualifications

• LLB or equivalent legal qualification required.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial contract law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts.

• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain legal concepts clearly.
• Self-motivated, able to manage deadlines independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of commercial contracts (supplier, customer, partnerships).
• Provide clear legal advice on terms, risks, and obligations to internal teams.
• Ensure contracts comply with laws, regulations, and policies; stay updated on regulatory environment.
• Develop and maintain standardized contract templates and playbooks.
• Manage contract administration: track dates, renewals, amendments, records.
• Collaborate with remote colleagues across departments to align on legal and business goals.
