Job summary

Colliers International in the United States seeks an experienced in-house Counsel to provide legal guidance across our commercial real estate services. You will negotiate, draft and review contracts, manage risk and offer practical legal advice to professionals across service lines.

The role emphasizes collaboration, supporting senior leadership on leases, vendor agreements and procurement, and the ability to work remotely from multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school and active State Bar in good standing.
• 3–8 years of legal experience, preferably in-house within commercial real estate or related industry.
• In-house experience in commercial real estate or professional services is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to multiple business lines, using sound judgement to solve matters.
• Be a trusted advisor to service line professionals to help them reach goals.
• Review internal shared services docs, leases, and vendor agreements as needed.
