Job summary

Colliers International in the United States seeks an experienced in-house counsel to advise on commercial real estate matters, including contracts, leases, and risk management. You will partner with brokerage teams and other service lines to support growth and protect the company’s interests.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school and active State Bar.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to multiple Colliers service lines, focusing on brokerage and related CRE matters.
• Act as trusted advisor to service line professionals to help them reach their goals.
• Review internal shared services documentation including leases and vendor agreements.
• Support senior legal colleagues and leadership with research and projects as needed.
• Develop positive, collaborative relationships across Colliers to ensure alignment on objectives and SLAs.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
