Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our in-house legal team and report to the Legal Directors. You will review and negotiate client engagement letters, handle NDAs and access letters, respond to RFPs, manage the legal department's intake process, and review various contracts such as MSAs, BAAs, subcontractor agreements, and government contracts.

You will provide day-to-day legal support to the Firm's directors and help improve templates, playbooks, and processes, including AI

Qualifications

• J.D. degree with current bar admission.
• 3+ years of post-law school experience in contract drafting, review and negotiation.
• Ability to independently review, respond to and negotiate commercial agreements such as MSAs, BAAs, subcontractor agreements and government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate client engagement letters based on the Firm's templates and advise on risk.
• Draft, review and negotiate NDAs and related access agreements.
• Respond to RFPs and coordinate with business teams.
