Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our in-house legal team and report to the Legal Directors. You will review and negotiate client engagement letters, handle NDAs and access letters, respond to RFPs, manage the legal department's intake process, review MSAs, BAAs, subcontractor agreements and government contracts, and provide day-to-day legal support to the Firm's directors.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree with current bar admission.
• 3+ years post-law school experience in contract drafting, review and negotiation.
• Ability to independently review and negotiate commercial agreements including MSAs, BAAs, subcontractor and government contracts.
