Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our in-house legal team and report to the Legal Directors. You will review and negotiate client engagement letters, handle NDAs, respond to RFPs, manage the legal department's intake process, and review contracts including MSAs, BAAs, and government contracts, providing day-to-day support to the Firm's directors.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree with current bar admission.
• At least 3 years of post-law school contract drafting, review and negotiation.
• Ability to independently respond to and negotiate MSAs, BAAs, subcontractor and government contracts.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for engagement letters, NDAs, MSAs and related contracts.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate client engagement letters based on Firm templates, flag risks, advise on positions.
• Draft, review and negotiate NDAs, confidentiality and third-party access agreements.
• Respond to RFPs, review requirements, and coordinate with business teams.
• Manage the Smartsheet intake process—triage, assign, track requests, maintain records.
• Review and negotiate MSAs, BAAs, subcontractor agreements, government contracts; identify risks.
• Provide day-to-day legal support to Firm's directors on contracts and engagement matters; escalate as needed.
• Assist in maintaining and improving contract templates, playbooks, and process docs.
• Implement and understand AI tools to increase efficiencies.
