Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our in-house legal team and report to the Legal Directors. You will review and negotiate client engagement letters, handle NDAs and access letters, respond to RFPs, manage the legal department's intake process, and review commercial contracts including MSAs, BAAs, subcontractor agreements, and government contracts.

You will provide day-to-day legal support to the Firm's directors, assist with templates and playbooks, and help implement AI

Qualifications

• J.D. degree with current bar admission.
• 3+ years of post-law school experience in contract drafting, review and negotiation.
• Ability to independently review and negotiate commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate client engagement letters using firm templates.
• Draft, review and negotiate NDAs and access agreements.
• Respond to RFPs and coordinate with business teams.
• Manage Smartsheet intake process and track requests.
• Review and negotiate MSAs, BAAs, subcontractor agreements, and government contracts.
• Provide day-to-day legal support to firm's directors and escalate issues.
• Improve contract templates, playbooks, and process documentation.
• Implement and leverage AI tools to increase efficiencies.
