Job summary

Atlean World in Greece is hiring a Dutch-speaking Client Experience Agent to join our multicultural team. You will answer questions by phone, chat, and email, solve problems, and log interactions in our systems.

We offer a gross monthly salary of 1,500€ plus a 15% productivity bonus, meal card, health insurance, and generous shift hours 07:00–23:00. EU residents welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and good English.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Problem-solving and a can-do mindset.
• Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools.
• Patience, empathy and a positive attitude.
• Availability to work in shifts.
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship or Greek work permit).

• Solving problems and creating positive experiences for every customer.
• Following the brand's guidelines and quality standards on every interaction.
