Job summary

Communication Technology Services LLC seeks an Engineer, In-building RF Design and Deployment to design cellular DAS systems using iBwave and review submittals for carrier requirements. You will lead deployments and coordinate with field teams across the US.

This 100% remote, full-time role requires US work authorization, periodic travel for deployments, and a salary range of 100k–120k with comprehensive benefits. You will work within a dynamic team delivering high-performance wireless solutions.

Qualifications

Proven iBwave skills (Level 2 certification or equivalent) and ability to review designs.
Experience creating or reviewing mobile operator submittal packages with a broad understanding of operator design requirements.
In-building wireless experience across DAS OEMs (ADRF, Corning, Andrew, JMA, SOLiD) and operator-grade small cells.
Past experience with commissioning and optimization to ensure field teams perform the work.
Experience working within groups using project management tools to guide deployment activities.

Responsibilities

Review and optimize iBwave DAS designs for carrier compliance.
Refine designs to meet coverage, capacity, zoning, and venue constraints.
Create and manage mobile submittal packages through final approval.
Develop project-specific signal source bill of material aligned with objectives.
Coordinate field teams to ensure sites are installed and cabled correctly for signal source commissioning.
Plan and oversee acceptance testing and data collection for close-out reports.
Ensure KPIs are met in close-out reports.
