Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, helping clients reach their financial goals by recommending deposits and other banking products while handling transactions accurately.

In this hybrid role, you’ll grow relationships through a disciplined sales process, educate customers on services, and partner with teams to ensure a seamless banking experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 1 year customer service or military/administration experience, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• 1 year+ customer service in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales preferred.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with technology including mobile and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Explain consumer deposit products and services to customers.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships via sales processes, referrals, and outbound calls.
• Educate customers about other banking areas and refer to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate strong sales, service, and relationship-management skills.
