Job summary

Goecfx is seeking an Implementations Manager to drive the successful deployment of ECFX Notice across the United States. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work within any US time zone. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the legal tech sector. Responsibilities include leading implementation projects, maintaining client relationships, and driving continuous improvement. Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally delivering SaaS implementations.
• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to build trust across stakeholders.
• Experience with implementation/project tools and legal technology systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation projects, delivering against timeline, scope, and quality targets.
• Serve as the primary client point of contact, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Identify and recommend relevant add-on products in partnership with Sales.
