ECFX is seeking an Implementations Manager to lead the deployment of ECFX Notice, ensuring successful implementation from kickoff to go-live. You will manage project timelines and client relationships while coordinating with technical teams. The ideal candidate has over 5 years in project management, particularly within SaaS and legal tech, and possesses strong communication skills. Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally delivering SaaS implementations.
• Working knowledge of the legal technology ecosystem; familiarity with docketing and document management systems preferred.
• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to build trust across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation projects, delivering against timeline, scope, budget, and quality targets.
• Serve as the primary client point of contact, providing status updates and managing expectations.
• Plan and deliver client onboarding and training to drive adoption.
