We place more emphasis on member care than any other PBM by focusing on health outcomes first. Our pharmacists and clinicians are at the center of everything we do―and our population health solution delivers tailored strategies for our clients. Leveraging our newly launched, AI-powered pharmacy care platform, Clinically ™, EmpiRx Health’s pharmacists and client experience teams provide the highest quality pharmacy care to our clients and their members. This enables benefits plan sponsors to keep their members healthy, happy, and productive, while substantially reducing prescription drug spending, which has been on an explosive growth trajectory in recent years.

EmpiRx Health is in unprecedented growth, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Support Analyst. As an Implementation Support Analyst, you will provide administrative and operational support for pharmacy benefit implementations. This role focuses on accurately capturing benefit design details, entering and maintaining information in the Plan Intent Tool, supporting completion of member material requirements, organizing implementation inputs, and tracking assigned follow-ups to help ensure implementation deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Benefit Design and Implementation Operations:

  • Assist in capturing benefit design requirements and ensure client-specific plan details are accurately documented for implementation.
  • Enter and maintain benefit design information in the Plan Intent Tool, validating inputs for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Manage implementation activities for product upsells to existing clients, including tracking required inputs, coordinating follow-ups, and supporting timely completion of operational setup tasks.
  • Review implementation inputs for completeness, consistency, and alignment with established process requirements.

Member Materials and Quality Support:

  • Assist in completing requirements for member materials, ensuring benefit design information is accurately reflected and aligned with client implementation needs.
  • Support the preparation and review of member material requirements by confirming required benefit design inputs are complete, accurate, and ready for downstream processing.
  • Monitor assigned operational tasks, flag gaps or missing information, and elevate items requiring review or direction from the implementation team.

Coordination and Administrative Support:

  • Support internal implementation stakeholders by organizing information, tracking open items, and providing status updates on assigned administrative tasks.
  • Provide administrative implementation support by organizing required inputs, tracking follow-ups, and helping ensure assigned deliverables are completed on time.
  • Maintain trackers, organize files, and assist with routine implementation follow-up items.
  • Help ensure a smooth transition from the implementation phase to ongoing client account management.
  • Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as directed by leadership.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Two to three years of pharmacy benefits, healthcare operations, benefit configuration, or implementation support experience, with a strong understanding of PBM plan design logic and the core attributes used to accurately set up a plan.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in project management techniques and processes used to manage tasks, timelines, follow-ups, and implementation deliverables.
