Job summary

S R INTERNATIONAL INC is seeking a contractor to support the EDRS Adoption team, focusing on onboarding licensed healthcare providers to electronic reporting. The role involves remote collaboration with PA facilities and periodic visits to the Harrisburg, PA HQ for training and meetings.

Responsibilities include outreach to facilities, assisting with SSO and PAVRMS enrollment, password management, and providing timely end-user support and guidance to stakeholders in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in information technology with business analysis, customer service and/or end-user support.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent verbal/written communication.
• Experience in training or technical support delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist external stakeholders with EDRS onboarding and enrollment.
• Provide end-user support including password resets and account unlocks; troubleshoot enrollment issues.
• Coordinate with BHSR staff and external stakeholders to facilitate enrollment and use of EDRS.
