Job summary

Fortress Information Security is seeking an Implementation Engineer to remotely support customers during deployment, configuration, and testing of the Fortress Platform. You will ensure successful implementation, perform UAT on new releases, and coordinate with architects, customers, and leadership to deliver secure, reliable software solutions.

The role requires 1–3 years in a customer-focused technical environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant customer-focused technical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Ability to prioritize several milestones and projects.
• Ability to learn complex software quickly.
• Self-motivated with problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent documentation and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for application and system concerns.
• Train, customize solutions, and advise management on best practices.
• Lead testing and evaluation of new features before deployment.
• Use advanced technical expertise to guide implementation.
• Diagnose and resolve complex software and system issues quickly.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to users and teams.
• Manage escalations and coordinate resources.
