Job summary

Caseware is seeking a Consultant in Professional Services to lead end-to-end implementations of Caseware accounting, audit, and assurance solutions. You will serve as the primary solution expert on client engagements, translating business and regulatory requirements into scalable Caseware configurations and mentoring Associate Consultants.

The role reports to the Director, Professional Services and involves collaboration across Product, Support, Sales, and Engineering, as well as pre-sales

Qualifications

• Experience in external audit or accounting within a public accounting or professional services firm.
• Ability to provide consultative advice to clients, translating requirements into recommendations.
• Comfortable using and learning accounting, audit, and financial reporting technology; Caseware experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementations of Caseware solutions from requirements through go‑live.
• Act as primary solution authority for client engagements and advise on Caseware functionality and workflows.
• Translate client requirements into scalable Caseware configurations ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Manage client relationships and act as trusted advisor throughout the engagement.
• Oversee delivery quality, scope, risk, and timelines across projects; ensure budgets and service standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering to resolve issues and improve offerings.
• Mentor associates and provide delivery oversight and knowledge sharing.
