Job summary

Caseware is seeking a Consultant in Professional Services to lead end-to-end implementations of its accounting and assurance solutions. You will serve as the primary solution authority on client engagements, translating business requirements into Caseware configurations and guiding teams to delivery excellence.

You will mentor associates, collaborate with Product, Support, Sales, and Engineering, and contribute to pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in external audit, assurance, or accounting within a public accounting or professional services firm.
• Experience providing consultative advice to clients, including understanding business requirements and making recommendations.
• Comfortable using and learning accounting, audit, and financial reporting technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Caseware accounting and assurance solutions, including requirements gathering and go-live support.
• Act as the primary solution authority for client engagements, providing expert guidance on Caseware functionality.
• Translate client requirements into scalable configurations, ensuring alignment with accounting standards and firm methodologies.
• Manage client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Oversee project delivery quality, scope, risk, and timelines with minimal oversight.
