Job summary

Rillet is hiring an Accounting Solutions Consultant to lead onboarding and deployment for our AI-native ERP platform. You will work directly with customers, translate their accounting workflows into clear requirements, and guide them through training, change management, and adoption in a fast-paced startup environment.

Ideal candidates have a strong accounting foundation with experience in close, reconciliations, and revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in accounting, audit, advisory, or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong accounting foundation with close, reconciliations, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and core finance workflows.
• Excellent communication skills to work with customers and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute implementation plans.
• Learn and analyze client accounting workflows and translate needs into requirements and solutions.
• Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption.
• Support data migration, reconciliations, system setup, and integration coordination.
• Track milestones and keep stakeholders aligned during onboarding.
• Identify risks early and escalate issues to keep launches on track.
• Build trust with customers through responsive, thoughtful, solutions-oriented communication.
• Maintain clear documentation and provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
