Professional Case Management is seeking an Impairment Evaluation Administrator to support IE operations, scheduling, and claimant communications. This role emphasizes strong phone skills, client service, and collaboration with Navigators and physicians.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (college degree preferred), excellent English communication, and proficiency with Salesforce. Knowledge of EEOICPA is highly valued. Remote opportunity with competitive benefits.

Competenze

• High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Knowledge of the EEOICPA program and stakeholders’ operating practices (e.g. DOL Resource Centers).
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Speaks, reads, writes, and comprehends English.
• Demonstrates time management and organization; works with minimal direction.
• Sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to influence and motivate claimants to complete a process.

Mansioni

• Liaise with PCM Navigators to facilitate smooth transitions from the Auth process to scheduling claimants for their IE appointment.
• Educate prospective IE clients on the benefits of an Impairment Evaluation.
• Send written correspondence to claimants to obtain necessary clinical information ahead of the IE appointment.
• Obtain test results, medical records and other information for the Impairment Physician to perform the IE.
• Schedule the IE, in-person or over the phone.
• Look for opportunities to engage claimants regarding PCM Home Care services when appropriate.
