Job summary

Capital Impact Partners seeks an Investments Director to source, structure and manage impact investments nationwide. You will lead due diligence, build financial models, and work closely with portfolio companies to drive measurable social and financial returns.

You will report to the Managing Director of Investments and collaborate with teams across Momentus Capital while supporting fund-level performance and governance. Remote-ready with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Completion of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, plus a graduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years investing into companies with strong analytical skills.
• Experience developing financial models and performing sensitivity analysis.
• Investment experience in health, food, co-op or social entrepreneurship sectors.
• Ability to balance community needs with underwriting judgment and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Source and execute impact investments across the country.
• Manage portfolio companies and track performance.
• Lead due diligence processes and negotiate terms.
• Develop investment updates for quarterly and annual reports.
• Collaborate with executives and support board responsibilities.
• Prepare investment memos and compelling presentations for stakeholders.
