Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years' experience in Nephrology.
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, will consider 5+ years or 7+ years of pharmaceutical or industry experience in Nephrology.
• Local travel; some overnight may be required.
• Current territory knowledge highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales plan and expense plan goals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted opinion leaders and physicians.
• Maintain knowledge of company products and disease states.
• Develop and implement Territory Business Plan and call plans.
• Develop and implement programs to maximize sales opportunities (speakers' bureau, symposia).
• Maintain customer records and complete administrative tasks.
• Present accurate sales presentations and professional image in all matters.
• Operate within compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Attend regional and national conferences.
