Job summary

STEMCELL Technologies Inc. is seeking a life sciences sales professional with a strong immunology background to support academic and industry customers in the local Chicago and Denver markets.

This remote role includes travel to Chicago and Denver, with a preference for candidates based in the Chicago area. You will leverage your scientific knowledge to demonstrate STEMCELL immunology products, grow revenue, and build trusted customer relationships through technical demonstrations, seminars, and

Qualifications

• BSc in Immunology or related science with 1–3 years of technical experience; MSc or Doctorate degree in Immunology or related science.
• Hands-on experience in cellular immunology techniques including primary cell isolation, in vitro immunological assays, multi-color flow cytometry and in vivo animal models is preferred.
• Experience with STEMCELL’s primary product lines or related customer markets is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support customer relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Manage, grow and develop revenue opportunities within a defined territory and contribute to the development of annual team goals and deliver on quarterly objectives
• Plan and execute a territory strategy to drive growth through in-depth product and market knowledge
• Facilitate communication with customers by aligning their needs with STEMCELL products and support product demonstrations, lunch-and-learns, and seminars
• Conduct day-to-day sales activities including technical support inquiries, quote requests, site visits, and order follow-up
• Assist with technical support and troubleshooting while maintaining sales data integrity within a CRM database
