Job summary

Adams & Martin Group partners with a private investment and operating company to identify an Immigration Compliance Attorney Consultant for reviewing international contractor populations and advising on compliant engagement strategies. This fully remote role focuses on immigration risk, reviewing contractor agreements, and providing practical recommendations for ongoing compliance.

Active U.S. law license is required, with 3+ years of in-house immigration experience; 5+ years preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in-house/corporate immigration law.
• 5+ years of experience preferred.
• Active law license in the state of practice.
• Strong knowledge of US immigration law, work authorization, and contractor compliance.
• Experience advising employers on immigration compliance and workforce risk management.

Responsibilities

• Triage existing immigration matters and identify compliance concerns.
• Evaluate the use of ESTA, B-1, and other immigration pathways.
• Review contractor agreements and engagement structures for potential risk.
• Identify legal and operational exposure related to foreign national engagements.
• Develop recommendations to address issues and prevent recurrence.
• Deliver practical written guidance for leadership and ongoing compliance efforts.
