Job summary

Corporate Immigration Attorneys is seeking Immigration Attorneys to prepare and file employment-based immigration cases, with focus on EB1, EB2-NIW, and RFEs. The role involves working with diverse clients in a fast-paced environment while handling various visa types in the U.S.

Although this role is remote, candidates must reside in Wisconsin to be considered. You will collaborate with clients and colleagues, supervise paralegal staff, and stay updated on evolving immigration laws.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited US law school.
• Bar admission in a US state in good standing.
• 1–2 years of EB1/EB2-NIW/O-1/RFEs experience preferred.
• Mandarin language skills are a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cases, legal strategies, and cover letters.
• Prepare immigrant/non-immigrant petitions (EB1, EB2-NIW, O-1) and RFEs.
• Manage projects and deadlines; revise documents.
• Explain legal terminology clearly to clients.
• Research statutes and judicial decisions relevant to cases.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration law."
• Provide training on immigration topics to clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve client issues and support projects.
• Communicate with clients and foreign nationals about case status.
• Assess eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for visa status.
• Prepare petitions for DOL/USCIS in coordination with mobility personnel and GC office.
• Supervise paralegals in record keeping and document preparation.
