Applicants should have 5+ years of full-time experience, U.S. Bar admission, and proficiency with Docketwise/MyCase. Remote work is possible for exceptional candidates; salary range is $105,000–$135,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-time business/corporate immigration experience.
• Expertise in EB-1A, O-1, and NIW petitions, with RFEs experience.
• JD or LLM from a U.S. accredited law school; U.S. Bar admission.
• Familiarity with PERM, L-1, H-1B, TN, E-2 and related petitions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, focusing on EB-1A, O-1 and NIW cases.
• Conduct client consultations and cultivate ongoing client relationships.
• Create and review legal content for various platforms.
• Supervise paralegals and support staff.
• Contribute to web content and social media (up to 10% of time).
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
