Corporate Immigration Attorneys is seeking an Immigration Attorney to prepare and file employment-based immigration cases, including EB1, EB2-NIW, and O-1 petitions. The role requires handling complex matters for diverse clients in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a JD from a US law school, be admitted to a US state bar, and possess strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. A bilingual background and familiarity with corporate immigration are a plus.

Qualifications

• JD from a US-accredited law school and admission to a US state bar.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail are required.
• Wamiliarity with EB1, EB2-NIW, O-1 petitions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file employment-based immigration petitions (EB1, EB2-NIW, O-1).
• Research statutes and decisions relevant to client cases.
• Explain legal terminology to clients clearly and promptly.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines; revise documents as needed.
• Coordinate with colleagues and clients on case strategy and processing.
