Job summary

Corporate Immigration Attorneys is seeking a US Immigration Attorney to prepare and file employment-based immigration cases, with emphasis on EB1, EB2-NIW, and RFEs. The role requires navigating diverse client matters and collaborating with mobility teams to tailor petitions for foreign national employees.

Applicants should hold a JD, be admitted to a US state bar, and bring 1–2 years of relevant EB1/EB2-NIW/O-1/RFE experience.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited US law school and admission to a US state bar in good standing.
• 1–2 years of EB1, EB2-NIW, O-1, RFEs experience a plus.
• Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diligently prepare cases, legal strategies, and cover letters.
• Prepare immigrant/non-immigrant petitions (EB1, EB2-NIW, O-1) and RFEs.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines; revise documents.
• Explain legal terminology to clients succinctly.
• Research statutes and judicial decisions on immigration issues.
• Stay updated on immigration laws and regulatory changes.
• Provide training on immigration topics to clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and support projects.
• Communicate with clients and foreign nationals regarding case strategy and processing.
