Job summary

Corporate Immigration Attorneys seeks US immigration attorneys to prepare and file employment-based cases (EB1, EB2-NIW, RFEs). The role is remote, but candidates must reside in Texas.

You will handle immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, counsel clients, and collaborate with mobility teams while supervising paralegals. Ideal candidates hold a JD or LL.M from a US school, are admitted to a US state bar in good standing, and have 1–2 years' EB1/EB2-NIW/O-1/RFE experience.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent from an accredited US law school and bar admission in good standing.
• 1–2 years of EB1/EB2-NIW/O-1/RFEs experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong time management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask in a fast-paced firm.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diligently prepare immigration cases, strategies, and cover letters.
• Prepare immigrant/non-immigrant petitions with EB1, EB2-NIW, O-1 knowledge.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines; revise documents as needed.
• Explain legal terminology to clients clearly and promptly.
• Research statutes and judgments to resolve complex issues.
• Stay updated on immigration law changes and reforms.
• Provide training on substantive topics to client companies and individuals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share information and support cases.
• Communicate effectively with clients and foreign nationals on procedures and strategy.
• Assess eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for visa status in the U.S.
• Prepare petitions for DOL and USCIS submissions for non-immigrant/immigrant statuses.
• Supervise paralegal staff in record keeping and document prep.
