Job summary

Clark Hill Law is seeking an Immigration Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join the Houston, Collin County, or Austin office. The attorney will serve as the primary contact for corporate clients, advising on immigration strategies, compliance, and workforce planning, including H-2A/H-2B programs. A U.S.

bar membership in good standing is required. This is a full-time role with the ability to work remotely two days per week.

Qualifications

• Significant employment-based immigration experience.
• Experience with H-2A and H-2B visas, including advising on eligibility, recruitment, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary legal and strategic contact for assigned corporate clients.
• Advise employers on workforce planning, immigration strategies, and compliance requirements.
• Explain case strategies, timelines, and government requirements to clients.
• Prepare, review, and oversee H-2A and H-2B applications and related filings.
• Assist with recruitment documentation and ongoing workforce planning.
