Job summary

Clark Hill seeks an Immigration Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join the Houston, Collin County, or Austin offices. The attorney will be the primary contact for corporate clients, advise on workforce planning and compliance (including H-2A/H-2B), and manage filings with USCIS and DOL.

This is a remote-friendly, full-time role with a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate has significant employment-based immigration experience, hands-on H-2A/H-2B expertise, and strong advocacy, research,

Qualifications

Significant employment-based immigration experience.
Experience counseling clients directly on immigration matters and assisting with petitions.
Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary legal and strategic point of contact for assigned corporate clients.
Advise employers on immigration strategies and compliance requirements, including H-2A and H-2B programs.
Communicate case strategies, timelines, and government requirements.
Prepare, review, and oversee H-2A and H-2B applications and related filings.
