Position Overview

Clark Hill is seeking an Immigration Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join its Washington, D.C. office. This full-time attorney will represent clients in removal proceedings in Immigration Court, litigate immigration matters in federal court, represent clients in family-based immigration, naturalization, waiver, and other proceedings before USCIS, and represent clients in consular processing and other immigration proceedings. Candidates must have an active bar membership in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction. The position allows remote work two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Litigate immigration matters in federal court.
• Represent clients in family-based immigration, naturalization, waiver, and other USCIS proceedings.
• Represent clients in consular processing and other immigration proceedings.

Salary & Benefits

Salary range: $90,000 – $95,000 annually (full-time). Position eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
