You will guide multidisciplinary teams—3D, digital, brand and experience design—toward bold, human environments that simplify complex tech and engage audiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in experiential creative agency roles, with exhibitions/events experience.
• Ability to translate healthcare or aerospace tech into engaging narratives.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing creative development from concept to delivery.
• Strong presentation and client-facing communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and leveraging AI for ideation.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling narratives that translate complex healthcare/aerospace innovations into clear, emotionally resonant stories.
• Develop overarching creative platforms uniting spatial design, content, technology, and attendee journey.
• Lead ideation sessions, creative development, and pitch storytelling with clarity and vision.
• Ensure narrative coherence across pre-show engagement, in‑booth interactions, and post-show touchpoints.
