Job summary

Spiro is seeking a Senior Experiential Creative Director for a remote US role. You will lead the strategic and creative direction of exhibition experiences across healthcare and aerospace, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver bold, human concepts that elevate brand presence and attendee engagement.

Responsibilities include shaping narratives, platforms, and storytelling across preshow to in-booth moments, while collaborating with 3D, strategy, content, motion, and production teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading experiential agencies or exhibitions.
• Translate healthcare/aerospace tech into engaging experiences.
• Proven multidisciplinary team leadership and delivery.
• Strong client relationships and storytelling ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction across concept, design, and fabrication.
• Guide 3D, brand, content, and production teams to cohesive outputs.
• Develop immersive experiences and attendee journeys.
• Present concepts to clients and executive stakeholders.
