Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field (required).
• Experience in medical imaging systems administration, PACS administration, or similar healthcare role (preferred).
• Lean/Six Sigma and healthcare industry knowledge (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of DICOM/HL7 standards and imaging workflows (required).

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal performance and integrity of medical imaging systems and interfaces (EMR, RIS, PACS, VRS).
• Participate in project management, vendor relations, and policy development for image management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, test, and implement imaging solutions and workflows.
• Maintain hardware/software, perform upgrades, and support audits and KPIs.
• Support regulatory compliance and documentation throughout project lifecycles.
