Job summary

Velocity is seeking an Imaging Tier 1 Support Agent to provide frontline support for Imaging technicians. The role reports to the Imaging Supervisor and involves managing work orders, documenting activity, and coordinating with internal teams to complete all steps in the process.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with call center experience and a solid working knowledge of MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Call center experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Answer technician calls and complete required check-ins
• Troubleshoot within Tier 1 scope and communicate clear next steps
• Document all technician interactions, parts, approvals, and pictures in real time
• Follow proper procedures and processes
• Manage validation, approvals, Part Codes, and Close Out
• Monitor the Tech Board for Yellow and Red jobs
• Provide clear handoffs to internal teams
• Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
