Job summary

BP is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead image programs and site projects across the East of the Rockies, including NJ and NY. You will manage initiatives from estimate through execution, ensuring safety, brand compliance, financial control, and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors, oversee OHSA and engineering standards, and drive continuous improvement in imaging processes while delivering on-time, within-budget results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 10 years in project management and/or vendor relationship management.
• 3–5 years in retail facility operations, incl. fueling systems.
• OSHA knowledge and internal engineering standards required.
• Demonstrated Control of Work leadership.
• Experience managing multiple external vendors and complex stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage image programs and projects to approved scope, budget, schedule, and procure-to-pay requirements.
• Develop SOWs and estimates for Retain JOI projects and support Sales through approval and delivery.
• Track image investments and process image-fund settlements.
• Lead capital, revenue, and incentive-funded image projects in NJ and NY.
• Measure performance with BP systems, KPIs, and status reporting.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
• Lead contractor safety, including Control of Work compliance and near-miss reporting.
