Job summary

United Imaging, a global medical device company, seeks an Installation Project Manager for the Rocky Mountains region. This role focuses on managing the installation of advanced imaging products at customer sites, building scalable site-planning processes, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

Remote-friendly with significant travel, the position requires coordinating with engineering, customers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of layout design and installation experience of capital medical equipment
• Previous MR & CT installation experience preferred
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/SolidWorks, Adobe and MS Office applications
• Excellent English fluency
• Willingness to travel up to 75% in CO, NM, UT and AZ
• Strong ability to read and interpret site plans and drawings
• Proven track record in building relationships with customers and internal teams
• Self-starter capable of working independently and in cross-functional teams
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Own all site planning activities from pre-sales to installation and acceptance
• Develop scalable processes, procedures, and templates for site planning
• Provide expert advice on pre-installation requirements including room layout and design
• Collaborate with customers, engineering, contractors, and authorities for successful installs
• Conduct customer facility visits and inspections to ensure site readiness
• Guide and review engineering drawings for facility layout
• Create and manage detailed installation project schedules and status updates
• Provide feedback to Engineering for product improvements
