Job summary

BP plc is seeking an Image Project Lead for the East Coast to oversee branded image programs and site projects remotely across the United States. The role drives safety, brand standards, and financial controls while coordinating multiple vendors and partners.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in project management or vendor relations, plus 3–5 years in retail facility operations, including fueling systems. Competitive BP benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years project management/vendor relations experience.
• 3–5 years retail facility operations experience including retail fueling systems.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, internal engineering standards, third‑party contractor vetting, and API 1646.
• Demonstrated Control of Work knowledge and leadership.
• Experience managing multiple external vendors and complex stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage image programs to approved scope, budget, schedule, and procure‑to‑pay requirements.
• Develop image SOW documents and estimates for Retain JOI projects and support Sales teams and customers through project approval and delivery.
• Track contracted customer image investments and process image‑fund settlements.
• Lead capital, revenue, and incentive‑funded image projects in New Jersey and New York.
• Measure performance using BP systems, KPIs, status reviews, and reporting.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations throughout the project life cycle.
