Job summary

Stay Group is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our affiliate network in the iGaming and entertainment space. You will source new partners, optimize performance, and collaborate with internal teams to drive qualified traffic and revenue.

The role requires 2+ years in affiliate marketing with Tier-1 markets, strong knowledge of RevShare, CPA, EPC, and hands-on analytics. You can work remotely from anywhere, with flexible hours and opportunities to travel for

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in Affiliate Marketing (iGaming).
• Hands-on experience with operator/advertiser brands.
• Strong knowledge of RevShare, Hybrid, CPA, EPC, Flat Fee, and Listing Deals.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to track traffic performance and campaign conversions.
• Confident user of Google Sheets.
• Bonus: personal network of active Tier-1 partners.

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard new affiliates for iGaming traffic.
• Manage and nurture relationships with partners.
• Provide guidance on setup, statistics, and traffic analytics.
• Conduct monthly commission reviews and monitor traffic for fraud.
• Prepare regular traffic reports and KPI achievement.
